Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & No-Show Policy**
A **$20.00 non-refundable deposit** is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your appointment total.
If you **cancel or do not show up** to your appointment, your **$20 deposit will be forfeited** and will not be refunded.
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than **30 minutes late** and we are unable to reach you after attempting to contact you, your appointment **will be automatically cancelled** and your deposit will not be refunded. We kindly ask that you contact us if you are running behind so we can do our best to accommodate you.
We also **accept walk-ins** — feel free to come in anytime and you will still be served, **based on availability**.
